A Pioneering
Force in Music

Vivian’s philanthropic heart is exemplified through her board positions with the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, Covenant House International, The Living Legends Foundation and Protecting Our Legacy (Founded by the legendary artist, George Clinton) and serves on the advisory board of The Universal Hip Hop Museum. Her greatest joy is in working alongside Ray as they foster the careers of young, aspiring music creators and industry leaders through their Power 2 Inspire Foundation.

In addition to breaking ground in music and her philanthropic work, Vivian has also entered into the world of film and tv. Starting as an Associate Producer for film projects such as “Finding The Funk” (2013) to now an Executive Producer creatively masterminding a host of films and documentaries. Her proudest piece of work to date is "Two Beats One Soul" (2021) filmed throughout the island of Cuba, currently on Comcast’s Black Experience on Xfinity channel and the Xumo Play Free streaming app. She also served as an EP for the documentary, “Disco’s Revenge” (2024) on Paramount +

Chew Entertainment, Ray and Vivian are partners of Chew Entertainment, an internationally recognized event production and management firm.

Together, they have curated unique musical experiences at Carnegie Hall, the Dallas and San Diego Symphonies, the Detroit Opera House, and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center as well as for corporate clients Dell, Breakthrough T1D, the National Urban League and The Jackie Robinson Foundation, among others.

Power 2 Inspire

The Power 2 Inspire Foundation, (a 501c3 tax exempt organization) founded in 2013 has empowered young, aspiring music creators and future leaders in the music industry. The foundation fosters opportunities for talented musicians, producers, singers, songwriters and industry executives who share a passion for creating “ music with a heart”.

Through Power 2 Inspire’s transformative workshops, mentorship programs, educational opportunities and aiding in scholarship assistance, the foundation does more than just shape talent; it reinforces the values of preparation and resilience. While striving to create a more equitable entertainment landscape through its multitude of initiatives, it also focuses on nurturing young people who will in turn inspire and uplift others.
